Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process to fill open positions.

2. Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

3. Performance Management:Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and manage employee development programs.

4. Compliance:Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and employment standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and legal requirements.

5. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage compensation structures, oversee benefits administration, and handle salary reviews.

6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate and deliver training programs, and promote professional development..

7.Policy DevelopmentCreate and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

8.HR Administration: Manage employee records, handle documentation, and oversee payroll processes.

09.Organizational Development: Support organizational changes, improve workplace culture, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.

10.Vendor creation

11.Proper filling ESIC, EPFO, TDS.

12.Project line up and complete management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in an HR management role.

 

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
